When Covid hit, Boots, like every other retailer, had to cut its costs. Furlough only went so far and only had a limited time to run. The world had changed and Boots had to change with it – and fast.
WK360, with the help of 360Works, were able to play the role of Packaging Technologist and handle more of the process, which meant that staff at Boots could handle more work internally, which, in turn, enabled Boots to cut cost significantly.
The flexibility of the system was already proving useful but during Covid it came into its own and, seamlessly, we were able to adapt to the new priorities of the business.
